Regenerative agriculture (RA) is an outcome-based food production system that nurtures and restores soil health, protects the climate, water resources, biodiversity, enhances farm’s productivity and profitability.

A regenerative agriculture initiative aimed at securing the health of the land and the wealth of those who live on it.

Last few years we have been practicing Regenerative agricultural design methods such as Permaculture, Syntropic, Horticulture, Aquaponics and Integrated farming.  
We follow the KISS design principle.
(KISS) is a design principle which states that designs and/or systems should be as simple as possible. Wherever possible, complexity should be avoided in a system—as simplicity guarantees the greatest levels of user acceptance and interaction.



A) There are various methods of agriculture landscape designs depending on their type and goals.

  1. Commercial agriculture. (Automated / Low-Tech)
  2. Residential agriculture. (Family farm / Farmhouse /Homestead )
  3. Residential agriculture + Small business.
  4. Permaculture food forest.(Diversity plantation)
  5. Syntropic Agroforestry. (Diversity plantation)
  6. Natural farming. (Diversity plantation)
  7. Modern Integrated farm setup. (Combination of Permaculture, Syntropic, Natural farming Aquaponics etc.)

In sustainable agricultural design, balance is a key factor. Our basic approach to sustainable farm design is Food for people, Food for animals, Food for soil, Food for environment.

Each farm design is unique to its Geographical location, Climate zone and soil condition. It may not work / function properly in other locations.  Permaculture design depends on site topography and contour data.

B) Requirements for complete working design and drawing set:-

Firstly, contact us through WhatsApp/ Phone call describe your site, your requirements and your vision.

  1. Type of project.
  2. Project geolocation / Coordinates / Address.
  3. Project Area.
  4. Boundary marked screenshot
  5. Existing boundary CAD plan. (IF available)
  6. Topography Land Survey plan / Point cloud data. (If required for design)
  7. Basic List of objects in design Word or Excel format.
  8. Services requirement (CAD drafting, Colour 2D / 3D Images rendering / Animation for Presentation) 
  9. Individual drawings required from design. (eg. - Dimension drawings, Section, Elevation, Irrigation, Zone plan, Land usage plan, Irrigation detail plan, Electrical drawing etc.)
  1.  Floor plan of Building / Structure, Detailed layouts of Building / Structure. 

(*7 – Through the design process we will suggest / add missing elements / Plant list and quantity in design as per nature of site)

C) Drafting services
(1) Basic Farm Landscape layout drafting 2D.
(2) Farm landscape master layout for working reference.
(3) Master landscape layout + complete document sheets. (zone plan, sector plan, irrigation plan, water harvesting plan, plantation detail plans, electrical plans, etc.)
(4) Structure / Building floor plans only.
(5) Structure / Building complete document sheets. (Section plan, elevation, framing, electrical, plumbing etc)
 
D) 3D Services
Preparation of 3D models
(1) 3D Landscape layout with hollow building blocks.
(2) 3D Landscape Layout with detailed 3D buildings.
(3) Rendering Images
(4) 3D Animation for working reference or presentation.
 
E) Project documentation.
Preparation of BOQ for farm.
Preparation of BOQ for buildings.
Land usage / distribution document.
Lighting and Electrical power usage.
